The 2026 All Thunderbird Convention, jointly organized by the Vintage Thunderbird Club International and the Classic Thunderbird Club International, will be held September 9–12, 2026, at the Little America Hotel, Flagstaff, Arizona. The convention theme is Legends on the Mother Road: Thunderbirds Celebrate the Route 66 Centennial. Timed to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Route 66, the event honors both the legendary highway and the iconic Ford Thunderbird.
Highlights include guided visits to local landmarks such as Lowell Observatory, Riordan Mansion State Historic Park, and the Museum of Northern Arizona; Concours judging on Friday; and a Saturday driving tour along Route 66 through Seligman, Ash Fork, Williams, and Flagstaff. The convention fosters camaraderie among Thunderbird enthusiasts while encouraging travel and appreciation of the historic Mother Road.
